How can I add my own URL alias in Tomcat 4.0.1 e.g: http://kaleem:8080/MyFolder
I have to run Servlets in this folder.
For running servlets I copy class files in c:\Progra....\Apach.....\Webapps\Examples\Web-Inf\Classes and it give me a long URL for running servlets. I want to make it simple. If anyone have solution, please reply me.

The servlet spec is a good place to start learning this stuff.

But as a quick answer, check out this link: http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/003689.html

I should say that at first, that link doesn't appear to be talking about what you are asking, but trust me.. keep reading.
