Servlet DTD 2.3 question

I'm in the process of studying for the SCWCD exam and have been going through the DTD for the deployment descriptor.
My question: when is it appropriate to put information in a <context-param> versus in a <env-entry>?

Scott - I saw this yesterday and have been mulling it over.
There are certainly going to be performance implications comparing the JNDI calls to the getParameter calls.
There are undoubtedly other technical issues to consider. I just can't think of any right now.
Regards, Guy
