Hello All,
My Servlet in Websphere 3.02, makes a upload from a file with 1.5M, and the processing time have 2 minutes.
When I get a file and the processing is most than 2 minutes, the browser show the following message: "The page cannot be displayed"
but my servlet continue working im my server.
Anybody knows Why?
Thanks by the Help

1st thing:
"Rafael N."
Welcome to the JavaRanch! Please adjust your displayed name to match the JavaRanch Naming Policy. Particularly, it should be a first name, space, full last name (not an initial).
You can change it here.
Thanks! and again welcome to the JavaRanch!
2nd thing:
Each browser can be configured to time out if it doesn't receive a response in a certain amount of time. Try sending an intermediate response to the browser, like "still working" or use an automatic refresh to keep going while your file uploads -- to prevent the browser from timing out.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
