Multiple language support

Well if i want develop website which support different languages.Then if i don't know say Japanese.
Then how i will write code in out.println method.Its ok we setContentType and also Locale but is there any way that we write code in english and it convert it the out.println method code in to japanese.

I used XMLSPY and edited my XML document for multiple language support with UTF8 as encoding.May be u can try the same for servelt/jsp,but u need particular for displaying it in INTERNET,not all browser supports all unicode/fonts.
