Is there a Java Program for sites that could have some one log in and post news on the homepage who isnt the site administrator but is aloud to post news without changing the whole format of the page? I know you can do this with PHP but how can i do it with java? Or can I? Im trying to put a church website together and need help. If anyone else can help me.
