Case sensitivity in JRun

Would it be possible to make the URL mapping that JRun 4 uses to it's web-application case-insensitive?
In essence making
/Foo
map to the same web-app as
/foo
for example.
I have been looking for either a case-insensitivity switch, as well as defining multiple mappings for one web-app, but neither search has been succesfull.
Thanks!

The Servlet 2.3 specification requires Servlet Mapping to be case-sensitive.
SRV 11.1 Use of URL path
The container must use case-sensitive string comparisons for matching

With that in mind -- I would hope JRun doesn't allow you to have things insensitive -- you would be unable to port your app easily to a compliant J2EE server.
