I saw someone else had this problem a while ago and am sorta hoping someone remembers or knows a solution ... I am flat out stumped. Oh the old article is: here.
Basically, I am using java exchange's connection broker along with the mm mysql driver to connect to a mysql database. It works fine on my workstation but when I deploy it, it results in null pointers. I have narrowed out extraneous causes... I know the user/pw pairs work with mysql. All permissions are accurate. My workstation uses the same database on the server as well. Tomorrow, if I wake up, I will try moving the mysqld service to yet a 3rd machine and see if it works then for some reason.
Thanks for any help...
