I am using Structs. I like to know how to create the deploy .war file?

The same way you would create a jar file. Just change the jar to war in your commands.

For creating the .war file, I recommend
using Ant
You can set it up so that you can do a build,
or a build with .war file creation and deploy
to your container ( perhaps Tomcat? ). There
are good examples for writing that type of
Ant script.
