I usually enjoy a good snow storm but I have had enough this year . My area is supposed to get around 15-30" of snow in the next two days. I need some warm weather!!!

Move to Denver, CO.
Been in the low 50's for past 3 or 4 days now -at least in the foothills.
If you like snow - head west about an hour. Hear they have about 4 or 5 feet up in the mounains (Loveland Pass, Keystone).

Here in NY , they closed schools for 2 days and i think declared state of emergency that sucks, it always happens just when a little snow sprinkles.

Can't wait for summer. We had about five time more snow this year than last year. My kids are loving it, but I am just sick of the cold weather.

Angela, till now in Essex the day has been very good and warm (temp was displayed as 14 degrees on the Britannia building) this afternoon and atleast there has been no rains till now (its 5:15 pm London time). And I am leaving for home now and so for me the day is almost over and was an excellent one.
In fact I really enjoyed a long walk on the high road today enjoying my sandwich on the warm afternoon. I better be leaving now before it starts raining....

It's snowing here in upstate NY. April 18th. We've had snow in May, some years. Makes you appreciate nice weather all the more.
Our local AAA baseball team has opened in freezing weather many times. Kinda wierd to brush snow off your seat before you sit down for a baseball game!
There's more to life than weather, people around here are pretty hearty. They have to be or they'd leave.

Now we're into May and it is snowing, snowing, snowing here in Denver (the Denver Technical Center part of it anyway). After 70 degree weather in December of 1999, I'm picturing snow on the 4th of July, 2001.

Same thing in upstate NY.
I was hoping to enjoy a month w/o a heating bill, but now I'm tempted to turn on the AC and take it on the chin w/ the electric!
What happened to spring, anyway?
