Mailing error

Can anyone please tell me what does this error mean??

When i tried it on my localhost it works but when upload it to the server it doesnt work and it produces this error.Can anyone tell me what is going on.

your JVM has policy settings that are different (and more restrictive) than the ones on your localhost.

the first is a product FAQ, but it gives you a good idea of the format of the java.policy file.

You might also try asking around in our Sockets forum. People there would probably have more experience with this error.
