i want some application with source code regarding how to rad thub reading through java.

There are zillions of places that you can get source code. When you download the SDK you get the source in a file called src.zip.
For applets try javaboutique.com.
For J2EE Sun provides the PetStore application source.
The Jakarta project is all open source.
SourceForge is all open source.
