I have a servlet with some data in it..I have been asked to provide Download functionality for the servlet page . If i click a Download button on the servlet , it should download to the local dir..Can someone tell me if its possible to download the page to a local directory and save it..?
I have been searching in google to get some idea...But no luck..

thx for the response....The servlet page contains certain report data...I'd have to save that in a txt file , download it and save it on the local directory similar to a getting a pop up box with "save as" once we click download in windows....
