If my browser does not support Cookie,and my server sends a cookie instance What will happen ?
how to enable cookies in my browser

the cookie will be ignored and the automatic session tracking of the container will not work. if you want to session track without cookies you will have to use URL Rewriting.
to enable cookies depends on which browser you are using. in mozilla firebird my browser of choice you go into Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies
