Thanks Amit, for ur response.
I just want to know that how i start J2EE, means which book i should refer, is it necessary to join any Training centre? if yes then who is the best institute to join.
At present I am in Delhi. what are the job prospects for me because i am a fresher. almost every where in good companies they do not entertain freshers specially in J2EE. I heard that they entertain only experianced persons.
what will be best for me to do?
Please guide me!
Thanks.

Hi anurag...
first of all.. it would have been better if you would have been posting in the same thred rather creting a new thread altogether...
and as far as learning J2EE is concerned.. there are a lot of seperate books on Servlets, JSP, EJB, Struts etc etc.
but there is a new book in market known as J2EE 1.4 Bible and it covers all the basic concepts of almost every topic related to J2EE. it will be helpful in long run. but u will need more books along wiht... or you can buy that book and keep searching for topics on the net which you find confusing..
as i feel that book is a bit difficult for a fresher to understand but it is a must for one who wants to pursue a career in J2EE. and it is up to you to think that u need a training or you are fine with Books alone..
but if you feel you need training then i would suggest you to go for CDAC rather than going for some institutes like NIIT or APTECH or something like it..
believe me i have taken training in NIIT first and then i went to do CDAC course and it makes a huge difference... u can appear for CDAC exams and can get the details here
If you get the Center ACTS Pune then you need not worry about your future any more as they have good (100%) Placement..
for more queries you can get back to me in private messaging....

Thanks
Amit
