Hi Ranchers!
When I normally compile a servlet it works fine. Now I want
to import my own package.

When I do this I get a compilation error. My directorystructure looks like this

d:\tomcat4.0\webapps\test\WEB-INF\classes\se\test\database\query\myclass.class
Does anybody know the solution to my problem
I can import my package in a jsp file

Did you add this "d:\tomcat4.0\webapps\test\WEB-INF\classes" to your classpath?

Oops! My mistake. I had to close the dos prompt before the environment variables took place. Thanks!

My recommendation: learn how to use ANT - ANT makes it easy to set up the compilation paths for anything without getting all tangled up in the system ENVIRONMENT variables.
