hello
i am using a servlet file writing in file can i set font size and type of font

Nope, but you can set the character set.

it entirely depends upon the format of ur output File.
In case u r generating Text File, u can't specify Font Size etc
But in case u choose to generate PDF, HTML, RTF format u can specify font type and size.
