A few weeks ago I also cleared SJCP1.4 and started studying for SCWCD.
Maybe you should also read the following thread :
I recommend this thread because it makes clear what the difference is between SCWCD1.3 and SCWCD1.4.
Currently I'm reading SCWCD Exam Study Kit, Advanced Java Server Pages and Core J2EE patterns. But my main focus is the SCWCD Exam Study Kit. In may I will buy Head First JSP and Servlets and try the SCWCD1.4 exam.

I highly recommend the SCWCD Exam Study Kit to pass the 1.3 exam. However, this book is not really the best for an introduction to Servlets and JSP. For a good introduction, I found Java For The Web With Servlets, JSP, and EJB to be helpful.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
