All,
I am trying to compile a Java Servlet using the following function:
org.apache.soap.util.xml.XMLParserUtils.getXMLDocBuilder()
needless to say it fails to compile beacuse I am not including the correct *.jar in my classpath.
The problem is that I cannot find the correct *.jar file. In fact after several hours of searching I cannot locate the function in any of the *.jar files I have looked in.
So the simple question is "Where is it?"

Hi,
I'm not 100% sure, but it should be Axis.

I found the correct class in SOAP.JAR at
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/apache/ws/soap/version-2.3.1/
in soap-bin-2.3.1.zip
