Licensing server-side application

Hi everybody...I'm developing a server-side application.. i need the idea on how can i licensing the server-side application before i distribute/install the aplication to the customer... ?... or is there any standard tools to licensing this type of application....if there is any suggestion, i hope you'll give me one...k ?...

Standard tools? A licence is a written agreemment to grant permission to use your software not a piece of functionality. Do you mean you are looking for some software-based way to enforce a licence? If so do you mean the licence to install the software on the server or a way of enforcing licencing per client connection?
