request dispatcher include call failed

This is the code that i am using in my servlet to pass from servlet to another servlet.

RequestDispatcher dispatcher = getServletContext().getRequestDispatcher(address);
dispatcher.include(req,res);

The include call is failing with error "request dispatcher include call failed" can any one help please require help very urgently. Also the same code is working for on another server.

What is the value of 'address', what is the URL of the servet it is being called from, and what is the location of the included file?

address="/servlet/SOANewMainPage"
this is teh value of the address variable

Check whether you are able to access the FORWARDED page directly :
i.e. http://<host>/<web-context>/servlet/SOANewMainPage.
