Hi All,
There is a peculiar problem I am facing. The problem is that I want to set the ascii values of the keys so the actions is different for the keys on the keyboard. For example, I want ctrl key to behave as an enter key so that when the user clicks the ctrl key it functions like the enter key.
Is there any documentation anywhere or anything for this?
Thanks in advance

Actions for the keyboard keys? Are you going to implement these actions in your SWING application? Or you think that it has something to do with servlets?

I do not have anyting in swings. All I have is an application which used jsps and servlets and html. Now in that page I need to provide this functonality. But I think I might have to use awt or swings in order to implement the action listners.
Thanks

What kind of fuctionality you need to provide? and to whom? Could I piece of javascript code at client side provide it?

How? To write a standalone Java application, and use it as a client? or to write a Java-applet and put it on many web-pages?

What needs to be done in response to keyboard events? What kind of fuctionality you need to provide? Give us some details, please.

Let's find out first if it could be done in Javascript at all...
