how to get access in two differernt site
i have somthing like https://myhomepage.com

i want access the http://testpage .com

ho i can make call to this site using java script

i already did this in http to http , but in case of http to https it gives me access denied error

Are you wanting to do this via a redirect? response.sendRedirect(url)?
