HI There,
How do I migrate or deploy legacy servlet in Sun One Web Server 6.1.

Per the Sun ONE Web Server 6.1 Programmer's Guide to Web Applications, specifically Appendix B Migrating Legacy Servlets:
Sun ONE Web Server 6.1 no longer supports legacy servlets. The legacy-style properties files for the server you want to migrate (servlet.properties, context.properties, and rules.properties) are removed during migration. For more information about these files, see "Appendix A" in the Sun ONE Web Server 6.1 Administrator´┐Żs Configuration File Reference.

The above appendix gives some more info and guidance.
