URL touch off post request

Helloooooo everyone,I encounter one fatal question,it trouble me so long time.pls help me!

The question as following: java class 'BasePoint.java' send a request to one servlet ('SysServlet.java') of Net another server,I sure when I
run the BasePoint.java,"go in now" is printed,but program still can't enter 'http://172.16.0.1/names.nsf?login&type=1'(enter domino service) or ('http://172.16.0.1/servlet/sendmes?mes=testmessage') send message service in the domino.
My target:BasePoint.java-& gt;SysServlet.java-& gt;'http://172.16.0.1/names.nsf?login&type=1'-& gt;'http://172.16.0.1/servlet/sendmes?mes=testmessage'. help me! thanks in advance!
