Hello friends

Can any one please help me

I want to use error code mapping in web.xml of my web app.

I used the following code

<error-page>
<exception-type>java.lang.NullPointerException</exception-type>
<location>/test.html</location>
</error-page>

I am having the test.html file in my web app and works fine if accessed directly.
But when I throw NullPointerException in my servlet then I am unable to see test.html. I dont why ?

I am using Tomcat 5.0

Waiting for your suggestions and replies.

Thanks and Regards
Rohit.
