Simple Web.XML problem

In the param-value statement below, I'm getting an error in the Tomcat log that says: "The reference to entity password must end with the ; delimiter".

I'm trying to store the login/dbconnection in the web.xml file.

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong?

Thanks in advance....

Please close this item. I figured it out after posting.

The problem was I needed to escape the & in the web.xml.

Thanks.
