Upload file into a Server

hi,

Im developing a Knowledge Base as my PG MCA(Master of Computer Applications) final semester Project.

Actually, i want to know how to upload a file into a folder which is in the server..As im new to JAVA it would be very helpfull for me if someone help me with the code and logic.

pls help me! The final date for Project submission is very near.

Can anyone provide me some sample code to upload a file into a indirectory in the Server. Since, what i'm developing is a Knowledge Base they deal with file of various type and size.Most of the files are huge in size.

The documentation for commons fileupload has sample code.

Hi...

You can search in oreilly website.... download the MultipartRequest package and that package takes care of everything. Mean to say that by using the classes present in that package, you can easily upload a file to a server. Even the sample code is available.
