If I had to guess (and that's all I can do) I'd say that you've upgraded cocoon and are maybe calling a method that no longer exists. Either that or you've replaced your cocoon libraries with an older version and are calling a method that didn't exist in that version.
Either that or you are trying to install a 3rd party application and don't have all the required libs.
