hi santosh,

I checked the java link, but i couldn't understand whats exact difference and why it is.

I know that an object bound to page scope, will be available only to that particular page.

what about pagecontext object?

I assume you are talking about the page and pageContext implicit objects available to a JSP.

The "page" is representative of your JSP (or rather the Servlet that it has become) that is serving the request, a synonym for "this". You wouldn't perhaps use this much. "pageContext" provides several convenience methods as can be read from the APi link provided above.
