I am just curious, what peer to peer/gnutella type software you find the best?
Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Well, some of the earliest 'peer-to-peer' stuff was IBM's LU 6.2 protocols.
In a strictly blue environment, the HW and OS level SW can be a pain to set up.
From an applications POV, the API is very robust and complex.
Once you get things working, it is like a charm.
