How to upload a file along with form data to a database using servlet

i have designed a form and using servlet i am sending form data to the database.now i have added one more field of input type=file and want to send the file along with the form data to the database.can anyone help me out.

Use the Apache Jakarta Commons FileUpload library to handle the request with the posted form data.

Or the O'Reilly Servlet package for file upload and other utilities.
