WML+servlet : developing environment ?

I have a cell web application which is WML + Servlet. Now the problem is, how to upload a file to servlet ?

1. Usually, we use apache file upload component to do file uploading, this jar component is still useful for WML+Servlet ? if yes, how to do it ?

2. My application server is JBoss. How to set up a wml test environment to debug WML application ?

I use Mozilla wmlbrowser extension as a browser, it could test a href link, but when I submit a form, server can't get that wml request . I don't know why.

3. How do you guys do a wml+Servelt programming ? what is your developing environment ? Eclipse has a good plugin ?
