C execute in java program

There is a particular command in Runtime.exec() to execute C exe which i not known tell me.

Runtime.exec runs an executable.
What difference should it make whether it's written in C or any other language?

If you want to call C funtions directly from Java, look up JNI.
Otherwise, please explain what it is that you're trying to do and what problems you're running into rather than repeatedly posting the same question.
