It doesn't look like it can find /WEB-INF/jsp/include.jsp
Personally I never place JSPs in the WEB-INF directory. It is 'dangerous' (in the sense that it can just stop working)

I differ. I always place my JSPs under WEB-INF to protect them against direct access without their controller. David, in which container has this not worked for you?

File "/WEB-INF/jsp/include.jsp" not found

Does the file exist?

To be honest I can't remember. It was the first time I tried placing them there and it didn't work. I checked the Tomcat source and it was rejecting all forward and include access to the WEB-INF directory.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
