WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The leader of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Mullah Mohammad Omar, said in a rare interview that the United States could not defeat his movement in its attempt to obtain Saudi-born militant Osama bin Laden. ``Even if it (the United States) were twice as strong, or twice that, it would not be strong enough to defeat us. We are confident that no one can harm us if God is with us,'' he told Voice of America in an interview broadcast on Wednesday.

There was an article in Newsday today about one of the bombers that blew up one of the American embassies in Africa. He killed only Moslems and no Americans. He said that it wasn't a problem because Allah would take care of the innocent. He also said that he was a little worried about killing innocents but one of Osama bin Laden's clerics said it was OK. This guy was supposed to be a suicide bomber but at the last minute he decided to run. He got caught because he had no plans on how to get out of the country.
