Does anyone know or recommend any web hosting plans that include servlet and mysql hosting?

I want something where I can start off small and then upgrade as, when and if the need arises.

Welcome to JavaRanch.

I use WebAppCabaret, which has a broad range of plans and options (follow the various links underneath the blue header), starting at $10/month for something that includes servlets/JSPs and MySQL. Just works, is reliable, and has a responsive customer service. (I have no connection with them other than being a satisfied customer.)
