httpheader no caching off pdf?

We dont want to cache the pdf document on the browsers temporary files !

I tried this, but i dosent work, any good ideas ???

 
res.setHeader("Expires","-1");
 
res.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate,post-check=0, pre-check=0");

Hey

If you are just looking to see a new pdf, then you may try attaching a random number at the end of the url. so this makes sure that you dont see a cached file.

I used this approach, so that i can see a new or updated file at the same URL and it worked for mr
