Hello,

Has anyone of you ever encountered this exception: org.apache.jasper.util.SystemLogHandler@9fdee

I have no idea where the %&#@ this is coming from, my servlet code seems to be correct.

Thank you.

Well, it isn't an Exception. According to the docs that class may be used to do sophisticated redirection of System.out and System.err
How is it causing a problem?

Hey,
Actually I found the problem, and now I cannot fixe it.
The problem is: I have a java class called Row that the servlet uses.
and the servlet adds an object of type this class (Row) to the request and then dispatches to the jsp.
Now when the jsp retrievs the object, it does need to cast it to class Row, but it does not know any class called so because the classe is defined in a different package.

How can I make the jsp know about this classe ?

Thank you very much.

Look at the page import directive.
Works just like an import statement in a plain old java object.
