Usually not much of an issue. Are there specific problems you are having?

Ok, now Our architecure is given bellow.

Jsp Call routes to Controller Servlet(Single entry point for request). Controller Servlet then create appropreate Command Class (DAO) for requested tasks. Command Class have instance properties and mthods, but Command Class called from Controller Servlet doPost() method.

We are using our custom based data structure class, which contains Array List,
this object send by Bean class to Controller Servlet for further processing.

We are using Oracle 9i Database.

tell me where we can put our minds to check threading issues in this architecture?

Is session handling also wants threading aware programming.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
