Where do you live? The only hope you really have of accomplishing this is to be speaking regularly with Americans and constantly struggling to eliminate your accent. Many people have spent 20+ years in the US and still retain think accents.

I don't understand why you would want to get rid of your accent?
I do have a suggestion for you though, I know that actors always have to practice different accents and dialects. I believe that they use speech coaches or speech therapists. I am sure that if you get an actor's message board you can find a local speech coach. However, I would beg you to reconsider trying to get rid of your accent. Remember, american-english speakers (like myself) like to hear other accents as well. The grass always seems to be greener on the other side.

According to the Theory, if you started speaking a language being older than 12-14, you will have an Accent forever

I think you should keep your accent. It is part of you. I know that if I lived in another country I would strive to learn the language, but I would always be American.
Be proud of who you are. Why try and sound like everyone else?

You can remain an American, but in the interest of communicating effectively you should try to learn the host nations language to the very best of your abilities. This is extremely important in business affairs where you are often judged by the effectiveness of your communications. Further, only through becoming totaly fluent in your hosts language can you expect to truly understand them and fully participate in their culture. Just my $.02.
