It is possible to create a servlet witout extending HttpServlet, Servlet and Generic Servlet. Whether it is possible to create a servlet with extending some other classes/interfaces??

There is no need to use the existing classes, but it must implement the Servlet interface. The existing classes do a lot of work, though, which otherwise the servlet developer would have to do - why reinvent the wheel?

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
