It's drivel because I'm a newhorn. Quite appropriate. I have programmer certification, but still a newhorn.
Why is it that when we visit a e-commerce web site, like a Dell PC one, and have a question before we decide to buy, that we have to call their silly 800 toll free number, wait 30 minutes after punching in several responses to the voice system, get someone who knows nothing about PCs, and if we are lucky get redirected to someone who is good to answer the questions! Why can't this all be done on the web.... I think an instant messaging button would be a huge improvement to e-commerce.
Comments anyone?
