Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld on Wednesday admitted that the United States might not be able to net Saudi renegade Osama bin Laden, but predicted that the end of the Taleban regime in Afghanistan was near
"Yes, I think there will be a post-Taleban Afghanistan," Rumsfeld told USA Today. "That is easier than finding a single person."
Rumsfeld told the newspaper that it would be very difficult to capture or kill Laden.
"It's a big world," he said. "The are lots of countries. He's got a lot of money and people who support him. I just don't know whether we'll be successful."

Oh, they will just revert to less public means of finding him. And it may take a LONG time.

First I will say that I am in full support of our government on this whole issue.
With that being said, I don't think they really have absolute proof that Laden was responsible for 9-11-01. I think that he was an excuse to do what we are doing.
I think that Laden is a terrible human being, and he should be held accountable for his actions. Past - Present - and Future. But I wonder if they are REALLY looking for him.
If we can find invisible black holes trillions of light years away, our Intellegence can find Laden(if they want to).
