how can i develop reports in java

i am using servlets,jsp,beans

i need to develop some reports

what should i do now
i dont have any idea on report's in java technology

is there any third party API available for developing reports?
anyways at first i dnt want to go for third party API for developing reports

otehr tyhan thrird party API how can i generate reports in webapplications?

That is entirely up to you. If you want to write your own bespoke report generation software, you can have it do whatever you like.
