Servlet Exception in Sun server

Hi
I am getting exception when i tried to use servlet in Sun One Server.
My Servlet name is OSSOServlet.java

i have configured in web.xml
<servlet>
<servlet-name>OSSOServlet</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>com.hewitt.shared.osso.OSSOServlet</servlet-class>
<load-on-startup>3</load-on-startup>
</servlet>

<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>OSSOServlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/OSSOServlet</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>


Exception is:

Servlet OSSOServlet is not available.

mapping seems ok.check whether the class file is present.
