I never worked with SSl Protocol How can we use ssl protocal to connect with proxy server any one send me code about this please...

SSL is configured at the server level.
You don't need to do anything in your servlet code.
What container are you using?

Configuration of SSL is container specific.Check with the container documentation that you are using.

Also, please be careful when typing your questions into these forums.
You typed two upper case "S"s and one lower case "L" which made SSL look Like SSI. SSI stands for Server Side Include which is a completely different concept.
