I am sometimes strong and sometimes weak,
But I am nobody's fool.
For there is no language that I can't speak,
Though I never went to school.
What am I?

Clue - there's a vague link to an event that is very important to the company I work for. Bonus points who can figure out what it is!!

Pounding at a thick stone wall won't move it, sometimes, you need to step back to see the way around.

Is it related to the Concorde flying again?

Yeah it is.. One of BA's three-hour flight over the Atlantic Ocean was the first test of a second concorde plane, called Alpha Echo.
And the answer to the riddle is Echo :-)

bang on correct!! Oh except it wasn't a test. It was the first BA Commerical Concorde flight since the Air France Concorde crash in Paris last year!
