As long as the URL is dynamically generated, you can append a dynamic value to it. Is that what you were asking?

No URL is static, but has to bring value from a list box on the form.

Can't you use a regular form with a submit button?

If it has to be a link, you can use a JavaScript onKlick handler to submit it when the link is clicked.
