You'll find some recommendations at the Bunkhouse :
http://www.javaranch.com/bunkhouse/JSP.jsp
Note that many ranchers refer to Head First Servlets and JSP, which is mainly for the SCWCD, but covers anything needed to understand servlets and JSP.

because i wanna be professional in 1-3 months

Yes, and God created the world in a week
Good luck.

Yes, HFSJ is really a good book. It is one of my precious material that I have to learn servlets and jsp's!

As far as tutorials go, I've got some free multimedia tutorials on Servlet, JSP and EJB development. They're the basic stuff, nothing too complicated, but they're definitely a good start to learning the basics.

Just check out my signature links.

Cheers!

Another book that I like and happens to be available free in pdf format is "Core Servlets and JSP" by Marty Hall.

For Servlets/JSP, I found Head First Servlets and JSP to be really good. Content is presented in a pretty creative manner. Explains the technical concepts providing examples from our day to day life and problems. For a beginner, a "must refer" book.
