Can I change the browser window size on "sendRedirect"?

I am posting to a servlet, processing some information, and sending the user to a new browser on a new server. The result of this is a flash application that the user can access. Everything is working as expected. However, I'd like to be able to resize the window and remove toolbars. Things I'd normally do in JavaScript but can't currently because of the required processing in the servlet. Does anyone know if this is possible in the servlet?

No. It can only be done by opening a new window with javaScript.

you can resize the window when body loads, but in servlet, i don't think so

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
